Terms of
Service.
These Terms govern your use of the Veyra Client website, software, launcher, and related services.
Effective date: August 29, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Veyra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Veyra.
2. Veyra software
Veyra is independently developed software distributed by Lithodium. Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Veyra for its intended lawful purpose.
3. Minecraft and third parties
Veyra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft and third-party services remain subject to their own terms, licenses, and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Veyra to violate law, distribute malware, attack or disrupt infrastructure, obtain unauthorized access, abuse APIs or update systems, impersonate another person, or circumvent technical controls intended to protect Veyra or its users.
5. Accounts and security
If accounts are offered, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share private credentials or tokens and report suspected compromise promptly.
6. Intellectual property
Veyra's original software, branding, website design, documentation, and content are owned by Lithodium or its licensors except where third-party licenses state otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Open-source components
Veyra may contain or interact with open-source software. Those components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Required notices and license information will accompany applicable distributions.
8. Downloads and updates
Use official Veyra distribution channels. Releases may change, be updated, suspended, or discontinued. We may issue security updates or compatibility changes when necessary.
9. Paid products
If Veyra later offers paid products or services, applicable pricing, taxes, refund terms, and product-specific conditions will be presented at purchase. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
10. Availability and disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyra is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, universal compatibility, or permanent availability. Maintain backups of important data.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lithodium and Veyra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, the service, or to comply with law. Sections intended to survive termination will remain effective.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as Veyra changes. Material revisions will carry a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
The final governing-law and dispute provisions must identify the actual legal entity and jurisdiction operating Veyra. Do not infer a jurisdiction from this template.
